The Intergalactic Highway

"Well..." Steelclaw began and then paused as he considered the question. "For one thing, we've got a former- and only recently made former- Decepticon in our crew, and she can heal... pretty much whatever wounds she takes in mere cycles.

"And then I should mention that Megatron has somehow managed to get a camera ready in every conceivable location of the Darksyde. I haven't found the one in my quarters yet, which given my vocational history I should be a bit ashamed of, but I assume it's there.

"Oh, and has anyone mentioned yet that one of the Maximals turns into a savage beast... thing when she gets mad enough?"

Steelclaw arrived at the other end of the room and stopped his hoverboard before stepping off.

"Then there's a guy named Inferno," he said as he walked down the hall, "who thinks he's an ant. Or he kinda thinks he is. Like... he's fully aware of what he's capable of as a robot- and a gunner for that matter- but he still acts like our crew functions like an insect colony. Of course, I'm getting ahead of myself. I'm not sure if you know what an ant or an insect is yet, so it'll be for the best if you just explore that on your own.

"And you know... I swear there's this thing about Maximals who just come out of stasis pods trouncing every enemy in sight.

"Also, if you happen to see a- ah." Steelclaw stopped in front of a tall door. "We're here- Megatron's quarters. You want me to go in with you, or would you prefer to introduce yourself alone?"

Onyx listened as they moved to the other side, stepping off after Steelclaw. A maximal that could turn into some kind of beast huh? Now that was quite odd trait to have, if it was even that or some kind of experimentation he had heard about back home, which not all of them were a pleasant process to go through. Not to mention a camera likely in every possible place one could think of which was a bit odd indeed. Megatron really didn't trust his troops that was an obvious thing and Onyx knew he'd have to be careful where he tread otherwise he'd end up on the base side of his new commander. "No I can handle it, unless of course you'd recommend taking someone along." He assured the bear though looked at Steelclaw questioningly as if to confirm going alone was safe at all.

"No," Steelclaw replied quickly. "If you feel fine, you're fine. Megatron can let his emotions get the best of him once in a while, but he doesn't feel emotions at random. You're a new addition to his crew. I think you're the person he'd most want to see right now."

Steelclaw stepped out of the way of the door to allow Onyx to open it and walk through.
