Yes. Yes I am accidnet-prone....you should see me when I'm NOT careful. That fine china will never be the same again..... Which is why I like Megatron. I'd just have my minions handle anything important. And like a good leader I would supervise. On another note........Waspinator is my 3rd favorite character.

What sort of parts do you inspect?

Parts for customers, of course. Well, most of it is for military and medical. In fact, if you see any of those Lipitor commercials on TV with Dr. Robert Jarvik, he's one of our custormers. We actually make these really difficult tiny parts used in the artificial hearts that he invented. It's neat but at the same time the material they're made out of can be a real hassle to make and inspect. In fact, I just inspected two jobs of different parts this week and most of them are currently non-conforming because they can't have any chips or scratches (which is nearly impossible with the material they're made out of). >.< Evil! LoL AND they all get serialized and inspected 100% for every dimension. That's stinky when you have a lot of 40+ more parts. x.X

Most of the material I inspect is sapphire (no, not the pretty blue color, it's a clear material when polished; looks like glass). There's also quartz, which is evil because it chips so easily. We have carbide (another evil material) and different ceramics. I inspect tons of sapphire rods and wafers (which also get laser scribed), little round windows, and many, many ceramic washers and the like. I also assemble parts that have a few pieces that need to be glued together, and that's my favorite job because it requires no thinking and I can just whistle with the music, make noises, or say funny quotes to myself and laugh. LoL Thank you for your curiosity. ^.^ Now, onto less boring things...

LoL Indeed, geniusbob. And, like Megatron, I bet you cause a lot of destruction. Now, whether it's on purpose or not probably puts a fine line of difference between you and the evil mastermind.
